Office Hours and Appointments
Our offices are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Appointments may be scheduled with our staff during regular working hours. When you call to schedule, please feel free to confidentially disclose the nature of your medical problem, so we can ensure enough time for your visit. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule with the soonest possible appointment. Your appointment will usually be confirmed at least one day prior to your visit to our office. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment whenever possible.
Phone calls
We will try to provide you with the utmost concern and cooperation in managing your care. All telephone calls will be responded to in a timely fashion by either a nurse or one of the doctors, depending on the nature of your call. Because we want to give the same attention and courtesy to those patients visiting us during regular office hours, certain times will be set aside either during the early morning, lunch, or late afternoon hours to respond to your inquiries.
If you have a clear emergency, let our staff know so that the doctor can speak with you immediately.
Prescriptions and Refills
Please allow 48-72 hours for prescription refills. Always have the name of your prescription you need refilled, your pharmacy name, and telephone and/or fax number available at the time you call the office with either a medical problem or prescription refill request.
Billing
We are a provider for most insurances including Medicare, but please inquire about any special arrangements you may have so our billing department can make your visit with the doctor more efficient. In addition, some procedures are not covered by all insurances and you will be informed of this in writing prior to the time services are rendered.
