Dr. Candela is originally from Chicago. He attended the University of Notre Dame, where he received a bachelor of science with a concentration in Latin American studies graduating with honors. He graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine and concurrently completed a Masters Degree in Public Health with an emphasis on Nutrition. He completed his urologic residency at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Los Angeles. He enjoys a broad practice in all aspects of urologic disease with a focus on female urology and oncology. Dr. Candela has lived in the Las Vegas area for over ten years with his wife and four children. He has a wide variety of personal interests which include swimming with the Las Vegas Masters Swim Club, playing tennis, and participating in triathlons. |

Dr. Goli was born in India and raised in Hazard, Kentucky. He attended Transylvania University in Lexington, KY, graduating with a bachelor of arts degree. He received his MD degree at the University of Louisville. He has special interests in minimally invasive procedures, such as laparoscopy, stone disease, prostate disease, and urological malignancies, as well as all other aspects of Urology. He is associate clinical professor of UNLV School of Medicine and surgery. He has served as Secretary and Treasurer of Spring Valley Hospital for over 5 years, is chief of urology at Summerlin Hospital and is the on the Physicians Advisory Board for many healthcare companies. Dr. Goli has lived in Las Vegas area since the summer of 2000 with his wife, dog, and cat. He enjoys running and racing cars in his spare time. |

Dr. Kurtz was born in New York City. He grew up in Los Angeles, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California at Berkley. He received his MD degree at the University of California at San Diego and completed his Urology training and residency at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Los Angeles. On a personal note, Dr. Kurtz has lived in Las Vegas since 1996. He enjoys scuba diving, reading, and is an avid private pilot. Dr. Kurtz is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology |

Dr. Grigoriev is originally from St. Petersburg, Russia. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Missouri School of Medicine. He completed a Urology residency at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island and a fellowship in Female Urology and Reconstruction at Harvard Medical School in Boston. He enjoys a broad urologic practice. For the last 12 years, he has specialized in Urogynecology in the Las Vegas area. He has led the way in the usage of prolapse repair systems always remaining on the cutting edge of the newest advancements in female urology. Dr. Grigoriev has lived in Las Vegas for the last 15 years and is an avid dog lover. |

 O. Alex Lesani, MD |
Dr Lesani received a B.S. Degree in Biochemistry form University of North Texas in 1996. He then attended University of Texas Health Science Center and obtained his Medical Degree in 2000. His surgical internship and urology residency were completed at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Early in his residency training, he developed an interest in minimally invasive treatment of urologic disease. To further pursue this interest, Dr Lesani completed a fellowship at Northwestern University School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. During his fellowship, he completed training on laparoscopy and robotic urologic surgery as well as endoscopic laser treatment of urinary stones and benign prostate disease. He then joined Las Vegas Urology in September of 2007. He has accomplished multiple academic journal publications and has authored multiple book chapters including in Mastery of Surgery. His work has been presented at national and international urology conferences. He has served as an instructor of Urology at Northwestern University and as a manuscript reviewer for the Journal of Urology. |

Dr Lesani practices general urology with an emphasis on modern minimally invasive treatment approaches including laparoscopic surgery for renal cancers, laparoscopic reconstruction of the urinary tract and robotic surgery for prostate and renal cancers. Dr. Steinkohl attended S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo, where he received his bachelor of art degrees in biology as well as psychology. He then continued his education at Roswell Park Memorial Institute and later received his medical degree from Albany Medical College. Dr. Steinkohl continued his training as a resident in urology at Albany Medical Center Hospital and was chief resident in his last year there. After serving his residency, Dr. Steinkohl worked as a fellow in urodynamics, female urology, incontinence and prosthetics at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center. Dr. Steinkohl is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. |

Dr. Wise earned his medical degree at Creighton University in Nebraska. He completed his internship, surgical residency and urology residency at the University of Utah Affiliated Hospitals in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. Wise is a member of the American Medical Association, Clark County Medical Society, Las Vegas Urologic Society and the American Urological Association Western Section. He is past president of the Las Vegas Urologic Society and was chief of urology at Sunrise Hospital. Dr. Wise is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology. |

 Jeffery Zapinsky, MD, FACS |
Dr. Zapinsky earned his medical degree from Stony Brook University in New York. He completed his surgical residencies at Long Island Jewish-Hillside Medical Center and at Queens Hospital Medical Center, both of which are located in New York. He further trained in emergency medicine and subsequently in adult and pediatric urology. Dr. Zapinsky is the past president of the Las Vegas Urological Society and is currently the chief of urology at University Medical Center. He is an active member of many medical societies including the American Medical Association and Nevada State Medical Association. Dr. Zapinsky has a special interest in adult and pediatric reconstructive urology, noninvasive stone surgery, impotence, urologic cancer surgery and laser surgery. Dr. Zapinksy has lived in the Las Vegas area with his wife Desi, a retired surgical RN, and their three children for over 20 years. |
