Dr. Russon is from a small suburb of Salt Lake City Utah. He received a BS in Physiology and Developmental Biology from Brigham Young University and received his medical degree from Midwestern University in Chicago. Dr. Russon completed his urology training at the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY, where he was trained in all aspects of general urology. Dr. Russon has special interest in Robotic and Minimally Invasive Surgery, male and female voiding dysfunction/incontinence, stone disease, and men’s sexual health.
Dr. Russon practices evidence-based medicine and prioritizes both ethical and quality care. He values shared decision making with his patients and believes that shared decision making between a trusted physician and their patient is of utmost importance. Dr. Russon was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society during his residency as a recognition of commitment to compassionate care.
Dr. Russon is fluent in Spanish and English. Outside of his medical practice, he enjoys water skiing, scuba diving, good food, travel, physical fitness and spending time with his family.
